The object of this diploma thesis is the composition of marketing plan for establish new company Climbing land. The theoretic part presents the basic information from the section of a marketing planning and methods. Next follows the analyses of the corporate environment. Acquired data are evaluated and applied in the particular concept of marketing plan for one year. The last part is proposal for building climbing centre.

The subject of the thesis is to propose an advertising campaign for the company SAMOHÝL OLOMOUC a.s. Theoretical part contains generally theoretical work, basic concepts, therms and methods of work. The analytical part deal with marketing problems of the company, its analysis, analysis of market and competition, marketing research and SWOT analysis. The final section is formed by evaluating their own proposal of solutions of issues, their effectiveness, economical requirements and their possibilities to integration to the company.
The Utilization of EU Funds as a Development of a Local Infrastucture

The goal of the submitted thesis is the utilization of EU funds as a development of a local infrastructure, concretely construction of the new bicycle lane. First part of the thesis revers to a basic conception regional policy, operation programmes and describe process of steps in the project. In the next parts there are description of a starting transportation position in the village, setting up a particular project and valuation the project as a whole.

Marketing communication of surf club

Title: Marketing Communication of a Surfing Club Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare recommendations for the marketing communication of the specified surfing club. Methods: Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used in this work. These included an online survey method, followed by semi-structured interviews with a member of the club's management. Results: The analysis of the club revealed that the current marketing communication is not structured and does not have clearly defined objectives. The result of this work are recommendations aimed at overall improvement of the club's marketing communication, thereby assisting the club in its growth and maintenance of its position as the primary non-profit organization in the Czech surfing environment. The recommendations are primarily focused on creating comprehensive and regular marketing communication for the club. Business Plan

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a business plan for the establishment and operation of a guesthouse in South Moravia, more precisely in the wine village of Mikulčice near the Slovak border. Part of the work is to perform analyses of external and internal influences affecting the business using selected analyses that are described in the first part of the work. The results of these analyses are elaborated in the second part of this work, which also includes primary research of demand by means of a questionnaire survey of potential guests. In the last part of the work, a separate business plan is then processed according to the template described in the first part of the work. The business plan is based on the analyses that have been carried out and it includes a realistic proposal for the construction and launch of the guesthouse together with its marketing and financial strategy.
Social farming - Specifics and needs of target groups of clients in social farming in the Czech republic

This thesis deals with the specifics and needs of people from target groups involved in the concept of social agriculture in the Czech Republic. Based on the collected data, a total of seven key target groups were selected who are actively involved in the concept of social farming, namely people with disabilities, people with mental disabilities, people with psychiatric problems, people with long-term or repeated unemployment, people in or after punishment, persons leaving institutional care and persons with multiple risks. Unemployed young people as a target population in public policy

Unemployed young people as a target population in public policy Abstract Due to recent economic crisis young people up to age of 25 became one of the most endangered groups on the labour market. Disadvantaged position of young people is caused largely by inadequate structure of their qualification, lack of work experiences and work skills or unreal perception of work conditions. According to their position on labour market experts also emphasize negative effects of long-term unemployment on youth including not creating of work habits, loss of motivation to find a job and growing passivity. Unemployed young people became an important target group of public policy. The thesis works with the theory of social construction of target populations to explain policy process towards unemployed youth. It identifies existing social constructions of unemployed young people from perspective of key actors of unemployment policy. It also tries to explain how these constructions affect unemployment policy towards young people and what other factors have influence on its shape.
